how to purchase your guaranteed Giveaway
1) Choose your guaranteed giveaway game below!
2) Click on the section of your choice.
3) Click on a seat to add one ticket to your cart.
Note: Make sure it says on the right side 'guaranteed giveaway' to ensure you are buying the proper ticket. If it says 'ahead of time' we are already sold out!
4) Continue adding however many tickets you want to your cart, ensuring you are adding the proper number of tickets in guaranteed giveaway.
5) Make sure to click “I Agree to the Following” and then use the bottom right corner to checkout/place your order.
6) Add a parking pass if you'd like (once you arrive at the game, give the parking lot attendant your name for access.)

1) Pull up your tickets via the MiLB app, or Captains website under 'tickets and promotions' click 'season membership login’. Go to the box office located outside the main gate for assistance or call 440-975-8085.
2) Scan your tickets as you get to the front of the line to get inside the ballpark
3) Sometime from pregame through the end of the 7th inning, go to the boat located just inside the main gate by sections 113/114 and give the staff member your first and last name.
4) Receive your bobblehead(s)! Woohoo!
5) Have a blast at the game.
